THE BAND CARTER is an original alternative rock band from the Central Coast of California. They are father-son-daughter trio Ken, Darren, & Molly Doran. Since they began performing together in 2015, they’ve gained loyal fans with their unique sound & infectious energy. Lead singer/pianist/lyricist Darren Doran’s powerhouse vocals shine, while his dad & sister provide stellar backup in the form of heartfelt harmonies, Ken’s lead guitar and Molly’s harmonica. His vocal influences are many: James Brown, Al Green, Marvin Gaye, Sam Cooke to name a few.
